These terms and conditions (the "Terms") set out your rights and obligations, and those of KSR Crystal Designs ("we" or "us"), in relation to this website, www.ksrcrystaldesigns.co.uk (the "Website") and any products, services and material of any kind available through the Site (the "Services").
We use our reasonable endeavours to make sure that every product on KSR Bespoke Designs is shown accurately and that prices are correct. However, occasionally there may be small variations in colour, typefaces and layout.
By visiting www.ksrcrystaldesigns.co.uk or by placing an order, you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to adhere to them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Website.
ORDERING FROM US
Placing your order
A contract for the purchase of a product is created as follows:
The User places the order on the Site by pressing an order confirmation button ("Checkout") at the end of the checkout process
By confirming your order, you are agreeing to purchase the product you have selected
At this point, we take payment for your order by means of your nominated payment method
We will send you a order confirmation email detailing your order, and other information we must provide to you
We may reject an order for the following reasons:
If, unfortunately, we do not have your chosen product in stock
If there has been a pricing or product description error
If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms & conditions
If the order for personalised products contains reference to any copyrighted information where you have not obtained permission
There are limited circumstances in which you may cancel an order after it has been made - see the section "Changing or cancelling an order" for more information
We accept payments by paypal or credit or debit card, to pay with credit or debit card please follow the instructions through the PayPal link. Your personal information is protected at all times.
KSR Crystal Designs aims to provide you with a professional, high-quality service. Please double-check your order on screen and your acknowledgement email carefully to check that all the details are correct. It is the responsibility of the customer to check that the content you have contributed for inclusion in a personalised product is correct, and (for example) is correctly spelt.
We cannot refund items where personalisation has been mis-spelt due to an error on your behalf.
Please note that your physical print may vary from the colour you see on screen, this is due to individual screen resolution.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING CHARGES
Prices are shown exclusive of postage and packaging charges; these will be shown separately at the checkout stage before you place your order. Delivery times and charges will differ depending on which products you order.
We ship items that can fit into an envelope via Royal Mail second class post. Small to large sized parcels are shipped via Royal Mail recorded delivery service. If you are not home, Royal Mail will leave a card, it is your responsibility to ensure it is collected within a reasonable amount of time. All parcels have a return address on, should the customer not collect the package, it will be returned back to me and you will be liable for postage charges again.
DELAYED OR LOST POST
Once your order has left, the delivery time given is just an estimate and is out of KSR Crystal Designs hands as delays can occur from time to time and especially in busy periods such as Christmas. If for some reason delivery is delayed or parcel is lost through no fault of KSR Crystal Design's, we will request that you wait up to 3 weeks before we re-send an item that may of been lost in transit. This is to give some time for the parcel to be delivered, if delayed or returned back to me if unable to be delivered for any reason. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances for 'lost' or delayed parcels. We will however, where necessary replace any missing parcels.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
It is best to get in touch with us as quickly as possible, if you decide to change or cancel your order. Emails are answered during business hours Monday-Friday (8am - 6pm) in the order they are received. It is therefore possible that your order could begin production before your email is processed and we will be unable to make any changes.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At KSR Crystal Designs, we always try to send your products in perfect condition. However, occasionally, a problem can arise. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, or it is damaged in delivery or is the wrong item, we ask you to read the following and contact us if necessary.
If you are not completely satisfied with your non-personalised goods, simply return them to us at any time within 14 working days of receipt. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage costs on unwanted non-personalised items.
KSR Crystal Designs do not offer refunds for personalised goods custom made for you. Most products on the website are personalised goods; this includes any products which include your own photo or any text changes and customised products. Only replacements will be sent for any faulty, damaged goods or goods which have not arrived.
With any faulty or damaged goods, we ask that you notify us immediately via email, and arrange to return the product to us within 7 days. Once the product has been returned, we will then issue a refund or send a replacement (REFUND DOES NOT APPLY ON PERSONALISED / CUSTOMISED GOODS). Please note that postage will be refunded in full for any items returned which are faulty or damaged. Refunds/Exchanges cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and a photograph attached. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Refunds and exchanges cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse or if personalisation is mis-spelt or if you have uploaded an image of a low resolution or size. If you need to contact us about a return please email email@example.com
