Please remember, when you order you are agreeing to our turnaround times which are 1-2 weeks, in less busier periods. In busier periods such as Christmas, turnaround may increase to 3-4 weeks. This is because all items are hand made to order.
We post once a week, usually on a Monday. All prints and items that can fit in to envelopes, are sent via Royal Mail second class. Parcels are sent via second class Royal Mail recorded (signed for) service. A signature will be required when your order arrives. If you are not home, they will leave a red card. It is your responsibility to ensure you arrange re-delivery or collection.
All items include a return address, so if for some reason the parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned back to me but this can take some time. If the parcel is returned back to me because you didnt arrange a re-delivery within a reasonable amount of time, or you provided the wrong address at the time of ordering; you will be required to re-pay postage to have the item re sent. If the item is returned due to an error on KSR Designs behalf, we will pay the postage.
Unfortunately, due the personalised and hand made nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. Full details about our returns policy can be found on our Terms and Conditions page. You will also be able to find out what to do, if in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged.
Please ensure you select and enter your specifications carefully and proof check for any spelling mistakes etc, because it is extremely unlikely that we can make any changes once your order has been processed. We also send out draft previews of print and canvas designs before printing, it is your responsibility to ensure that you check the image thoroughly before you approve printing.
If in the unlikely event, your order arrives incorrect or damaged in anyway that is through no fault of your own, we will request that in the first instance, you read our Returns and Refunds section in our Terms and Conditions for all the information you need on how to raise a complaint.
